F.A.Q. Have questions? Start here!
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes, but I ask that you please provide this. There are lots of free NDA templates online, so if you're on a tight budget, you can skip the lawyer and use one of those.
Can I talk to you on the phone?
I would love to speak with you on the phone. It gives me a chance to get to know you better. I prefer to schedule a phone call, that way I can be sure I have enough time set aside to focus on you. Contact me requesting a phone call and we can set up a time that works for both of us.
Can you give me a quote for a custom project?
Do you print books?
No, I provide creative and technical services. I design and produce the final digital files that are sent to your printer and/or eBook distributor. These distributors will take it from there.
Do you provide ISBNs?
I do not, and it is best for self-publishers to register these under their own name or company name. I can provide a link to where they can be purchased, and I do generate barcodes from your ISBNs.
I'm not sure which printer or print method to use. Can you help?
This, in my mind, is the hardest and most important decision self-publishers have to make. I can provide guidance on which print method to use based on your budget and availability to manage your books. There are several printers who I recommend, but you are free to research and choose your own. I will work with any printer.
If I purchase ghostwriting, will you be credited as a writer on my book?
My part will remain 100% anonymous.
Do you credit yourself in my book?
I ask that I be credited for design and editing services. On your copyright page I will include a credit describing my responsibilities, my name, and my website. The exact wording can be negotiated, so long as the above information is included in some way.
Do you have a contract?
Yes. Contact me requesting template contracts and I will send them for your review.
